中西医临床应用型人才培养模式的实践与探索

根据社会对中西医结合人才的需求和培养中西医临床专业应用型人才目标体系要求，制订出“厚基础、重实践”的培养目标；加强西医专业基础课程设置以保证学生在掌握扎实的西医基础知识和基本理论上，整合中医课程，结合编著的中医类课程创新教材，培养学生稳固的中医辨证思维能力，突出专业特色；同时重视实践基地建设，加强实践教学，切实提高学生的临床实践技能，以培养合格的中西医临床应用型人才。

Practice and Exploration on Training Mode for Applied Talents of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Based on social needs and requirements of applied talents of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, cultivation goal of ＂solid foundation, stress practice＂ has been set. In order to cultivate qualified applied talents of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, we should enhance basic curricula of western medicine to ensure that students can master basic knowledge and theory of western medicine, integrate the courses of TCM, compile innovative educational materials of TCM, cultivate students＇ ability of syndrome differentiation, attach more importance on the construction of practice base, emphasize practical teaching, and improve students＇ practical skills in clinics.
