针灸治疗痞满的古代文献研究

目的:对针灸治疗痞满的古代文献进行汇总分析,探索并总结历代医家对痞满的治疗规律,以指导现今针灸治疗痞满的临床实践.方法:电子检索<中华医典-针灸推拿类>所收录的历代主要中医著作并建立数据库,从出处、成书年代、穴方、进针深度、行针时间、手法、辅助方法以及禁忌等方面进行数据提取.结果:共获得32 篇文献,涉及11个主要穴位(出现频次3 次以上),共71 频次,分布于7 条经络,经脉选用以胃经、膀胱经、脾经、任脉为多,治疗方法以针灸合用为主.结论:古代针灸治疗痞满体现了理气和胃,健脾醒脾,对指导现代临床有着非常积极的意义.同时,一些历代治疗痞满的经穴在现代临床很少使用,这部分穴位的临床优势未得到发挥.

Ancient Literature Study on Acupuncture in Treating PiMan

Objective： To explore the treatment laws of PiMan in order to guide clinical practice through gathering and analyzing ancient literature on acupuncture in treating PiMan. Method： Main TCM works in different dynasties recorded in ZhongHua YiDian-ZhenJiu TuiNa Lei were retrieved and the data base was established. The informations including the source, written time, the prescription of acupoints, insertion depth, needling time, manipulation, auxiliary method and contradiction were collected. Result： 11 main aeupoints （Frequency of occurrence〉3 times） were involved in 32 obtained articles, a total of 71 times, they were distributed on 7 meridians including stomach meridian, bladder meridian, spleen meridian, Ren meridian, the treatment was usually with acupuncture. Conclusion： It is still positive to guide modem clinics that ancient acupuncture in treating PiMan manifests the thinking of regulating Qi and harmonizing stomach, invigorating and awakening spleen. Meanwhile, some effective aeupoints are less used nowadays and their advantages couldn＇t be developed.
