| 摘 要： | 为探讨络得舒方的抗炎作用,实验观察了络得舒方对二甲苯所致的小鼠毛细血管通透性增高的作用及其对大鼠白细胞游走反应的影响,并观察其对角叉菜胶、蛋清、甲醛及佐剂所致大鼠足肿胀的影响。实验结果表明:络得舒方能对抗二甲苯所致小鼠毛细血管通透性增高,其着色皮肤组织液之吸收度(0.248±0.108)与对照组(0.518±0.180)比较,P<0.01;能抑制大鼠皮下注射羧甲基纤维素钠溶液所致的白细胞游出,其白细胞游出数与对照组相比,差异有非常显著性(P<0.01);对角叉菜胶、蛋清、甲醛及佐剂所致的大鼠足肿胀有较好的抑制作用,络得舒方组的肿胀程度均小于对照组(P<0.05或 P<0.01);对大鼠棉球性肉芽肿有较好的抑制作用,与对照组比较 P<0.01。提示络得舒方有较好的抗炎作用,这为该方治疗伤筋疾患及风寒湿痹证有良好效果提供一定的药理学依据。

| Abstract: | To investigate the anti-inflammatory effect of Luo De Shu,its effectson the increased permeability of capillaries in rats induced by dimethylben-zene and the leucocyte migratory response in mice were observed in theexperiment.In addition,its effects on the edema of the hind paw of miceinduced by carrageenin,albumen,fermaldehyde and adjuvaut were alsoobserved.The results suggest that Luo De Shu has a good anti-inflamma-tory effect and provide pharmacological bases for the treatment of soft-tissueinjury and rheumatism. |
