摘    要:活性氧是需氧细胞在代谢过程中产生的,当活性氧累积过多时会对细胞造成伤害,产生氧化应激。机体有自身的一套抗氧化应激系统,保护细胞免受损伤。随着活性氧研究的不断深入,它在肿瘤发生发展过程中的重要作用已被证实,体内活性氧与抗氧化应激系统的失衡是肿瘤形成的关键因素。宫颈癌作为一种妇科常见的恶性肿瘤,其形成机制尚不明了。近年来,活性氧在宫颈癌形成中的临床研究和体外研究成为国内外学者探讨的热点。

Abstract:Reactive oxygen species (ROS) are generated from the metabolism of aerobic cells. The over accumulation of ROS could lead to oxidative stress, which may cause cellular damage. Meanwhile, there exists an anti-oxidative stress system in the body to protect cells from oxidative injury. With more evidence revealed from recent studies, the role of ROS in the formation of human cancer has been well established. Imbalance of the pro- and anti-oxidative stress system might be the key factor of tumorigeness. Cervical carcinoma is a common malignant tumor in women worldwide, whereas the mechanisms underlying its development is still unknown. Recently,the role of ROS in human cervical carcinoma has been attracted attention in clinical or in vitro study.
