摘    要:肿瘤的发生发展涉及多个细胞信号传导通路,其中核因子-IcB(Nuclearfactor—kappaB,NF—KB)通路和哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(Mammali—antargetofrapamycin,mTOR)通路尤为重要,已成为研究肿瘤药物治疗的新靶点。进一步探讨两信号通路间存在的交联(Cross-talk)及其对肿瘤生物学特性的影响,有助于更好地调控肿瘤细胞的恶性行为。

Abstract:Tumor development involves mul tiple cell signaling pathways. The most impor tant of them are nuclear factor-kappaB (NF-kB) pathway and mammalian target of rapamycin pathway (mTOR), which is the new target for cancer treatment of drug therapy. Further ex ploration on the cross-talk between these twosignaling pathways and its effects on tumor bio logical characteristics might be useful to control the malignant behavior of tumor cells.
