高频彩色多普勒超声对肛周感染性疾病分型的诊断价值

目的：回顾分析高频彩色多普勒超声诊断对肛周感染性疾病分型的诊断价值方法：应用7～10Mhz的高频探头，对180例肛周感染患者在肛门周围进行超声检测。结果：肛周炎型15倒，脓肿形成前期型15例，脓肿形成型120例，脓肿机化型20例，不同时期不同分型的声像图各有不同特点，结论：高频彩色多普勒超声可以对肛周感染性疾病进行分型，从而指导临床实施相应治疗方案

objective retrospective analysis of high frequency color doppler ultrasound diagnosis value to the diagnosis of anus week infectious disease elassification.Method 7～10 Mhz high frequency probe,180 cases of crissum infection around the anus for ultrasonic testing.Results anal periarthritis type 25 cases,abscess formation early 15 cases,120 cases of abscess formation type,type machine 20 cases of abscess. In different periods have different characteristics of different types.Conclusion：High frequency color doppler ultrasound can to classification of anus week of infectious diseases,so as to guide clinical implementation of the corresponding treatment.
