摘    要:目的:探讨高盐饮食对更年期焦虑小鼠行为学的影响。方法:采用高架十字迷宫、明暗箱、旷场实验等焦虑实验装置制备和检测焦虑动物模型,将24只11月龄更年期小鼠随机分为3组,即模型组、4%高盐饮食组、8%高盐饮食组,每组8只。4%的高盐饮食组小鼠予含4%的Nacl高盐颗粒饲料喂养,8%的高盐饮食组小鼠予含8%的Nael高盐颗粒饲料喂养,模型组予普通饲料喂养,连续1个月。结果:高盐饮食组更年期小鼠LDB实验穿明箱次数、旷场实验中跨格次数和竖起或修饰次数、在EPM的OE+CE和OT%的数据均明显低于更年期焦虑症小鼠,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。结论:提示高盐饮食可加重动物焦虑程度,减少其活动次数,具有加重焦虑的作用。

Effect of high- salt diet on behaviors of mice with menopausal anxiety

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of high -salt diet on the behaviors of mice with menopausal anxiety. Methods :The elevated plus maze (EPM) ,light - dark box ( LDB), and open field test were used to establish and assess a mouse model of anxiety. Twenty - four menopausal mice aged 11 months were randomly and equally divided into model group,4% high -salt diet group,and 8% high - salt diet group. The 4% high - salt diet group was given high - salt granular feed ( NaC1 content = 4% ) ;the 8% high - salt diet group was given high - salt granular feed ( NaCl content = 8% ) ; the model group was given normal feed. All groups were fed for one month. Results:Compared with the model group,the high- salt diet groups had significantly reduced number of light transitions in the LDB test, significantly reduced number of squares crossed and number of rearings or modifications in the open field test, and significantly reduced number of entries into the open arms plus number of entries into the closed arms and percentage of time spent in the open arms in the EPM test (P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion: High - salt diet can aggravate anxiety and reduce activity in mice with menopausal anxiety.
