2011-2012年长江大学附属第一医院门诊口服降糖药使用情况分析

目的探讨长江大学附属第一医院2011—2012年门诊口服降糖药的应用现状及趋势，分析其应用的合理性。方法回顾性统计与分析长江大学附属第一医院2011—2012年门诊降糖药的销售数量、销售总额、用药频度（DDDs）、药物利用指数（DUI）、药物日均费用（DDDc），并根据各药的DDDs排序（A）和用药金额排序（B），算出比值（B／A）。结果总体上看，2012年门诊降糖药的销售数量及销售总额超过2011年；2012年多数口服降糖药的用药频度增加；两年中，参芪降糖颗粒DUI值稍大于1；西格列汀与沙格列汀在2012年加入门诊口服降糖药的行列；两年间所有口服降糖药的DDDc值没有发生变化；参芪降糖颗粒在2011年与2012年的B／A值最大。结论长江大学附属第一医院门诊降糖药的使用情况基本合理，阿卡波糖片与二甲双胍缓释片为主要使用的口服降糖西药，降糖中成药的使用需要进一步合理化；新型降糖药（DPP-IV抑制剂）使用的有效性与安全性仍需进一步的评价。

Analysis on usage of oral hypoglycemic drugs in outpatient of First Affiliated Hospital of Yangtze University from 2011 to 2012

Objective To discuss the status and tendency of oral hypoglycemic drugs in outpatients clinic of First Affiliated Hospital of Yangtze University fi＇om 2011 to 2012, and to analyze the rationality of their utilization. Methods Statistics and analyses were made about the consumption sum, total sales, defined daily dose sum （DDDs）, drug utilization index （DUI）, and defined daily dose cost （DDDc）. On the bases of DDDs sequence （A） and cost sequence （B）, the indexes of synchronization （B/A） were calculated. Results In general, the consumption sum and total sales of oral hypoglycemic drugs in 2012 exceeded those in 2011; the DDDs of most oral hypoglycemic drugs increased in 2012; DUI of Shenqi Jiangtang Granules was slightly more than 1 within two years; sitagliptin and saxagliptin were new oral hypoglycemic drugs in 2012; the values of DDDc about each oral hypoglycemic drug did not change; the values of B/A of Shenqi Jiangtang Granules were the maximum values in 2011 and 2012. Conclusion The usage status of oral hypoglycemic drugs in outpatient clinic of First Affiliated Hospital of Yangtze University is basically reasonable. Acarbose Tablets and Metformin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Tablets are the main oral hypoglycemic western medicine, the usage of traditional Chinese patent medicine needs to be further rationalized; the effectiveness and safety about DPP-W inhibitor （novel antidiabetic drugs） still need to be further evaluated.
