摘    要:目的探索山茱萸中齐墩果酸和熊果酸在不同采收期的动态变化规律。方法采用HPLC法测定山茱萸中齐墩果酸和熊果酸。采用Zorbax Eclipse XDB C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.3%H3PO4水溶液(90:10);体积流量:0.8mL/min;检测波长:210nm;柱温:20℃,的含量。结果山茱萸果实成熟过程中熊果酸、齐墩果酸的量逐渐降低后至稳定状态。结论为山茱萸规范化种植以及药材的采收加工提供科学依据。

Dynamic changes of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Corni Fructus during different harvest times

Abstract:Objective To study the dynamic changes of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Corni Fructus during different harvest periods. Methods HPLC was applied to determining the contents of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in Corni Fructus. Zorbax Eclipse XDB C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used, and the mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.3% H3PO4 (90 : 10). The flow rate was 0.8 mL/min, and the detective wavelength was at 210 nm with the column temperature of 20 ℃. Results During the process of fruit maturation, oleanolic acid and ursolic acid were gradually decreasing to steady state. Conclusion The method might provide the scientific basis for standardized planting and harvesting of Comi Fruetus.
