不同病期癌症病人情绪障碍及应对方式分析

目的 :了解不同病期癌症患者焦虑抑郁情绪及应对方式的特点 ,为临床护理及心理干预提供理论依据。方法 :应用SAI、SDS、MCMQ三种量表对 90例处于不同病期的癌症病人进行调查。结果 :焦虑情绪以确诊初期最严重 ,抑郁情绪以病程晚期最严重 ,焦虑情绪有逐渐减轻的趋势 ,抑郁情绪有逐渐加重的趋势。确诊初期的病人采取“回避”应对为主 ,发病中期则以“面对”应对为主 ,病程晚期以“屈服”应对为主。结论 :护理人员应该针对癌症病人不同病期的情绪障碍特点进行有效的心理干预 ,引导病人采取积极有效的应对措施。

Anxiety,Depression and Coping Styles in Different Stages of Patients with Cancers

Objective:To explore the characteristics of anxiety and depression and the coping styles during different clinical stages of the patients with cancer. Methods: Using SAI, SDS and MCMQ questionnaires to estimate the total of 90 patients with cancer in different clinical stages. Results: The severest anxiety was found at the time when the diagnosis was first confirmed.The severest depression was found in the later clinical course. There was a trend that anxiety was alleviat and depression was deteriorated with the advance of clinical courses. The coping style of the first stage diagnosed was avoidance; in the middle stage, confrontation; and in the late stage, submission in the patients with cancer.Conclusion: The nursing staff should take effective psychological interventions to deal with the different emotional problems in different stages of patients with cancer.
