γ射线辐照抑制淋巴细胞增殖的剂量--效应关系研究

摘    要:目的:研究γ射线辐照灭活淋巴细胞增殖活性的剂量-效应关系,探讨γ射线辐照血液预防输血相关性移植物抗宿主(TA—GVHD)的合适辐照剂量。方法:取人外周血淋巴细胞,用7.5、15、30Gy γ射线辐照,检测不同剂量γ射线对淋巴细胞增殖的抑制作用。结果:30Gy γ射线辐照可以有效抑制淋巴细胞增殖,15和7.5Gy辐照抑制作用不充分。结论:为了有效抑制淋巴细胞的增殖活性和预防输血相关性移植物抗宿主病,30Gy是γ射线辐照的合适剂量。

Abstract:Objective: To determine the dosage of gamma ray for abolishing active lymphocytes in transfusing blood. Methods: The peripheral lymphocytes in nomal people were irradiated in 7.5,15,30 Gy gamma ray. Lymphocyte proliferation was measured as indexe of inhibition of lymphocyte activity. Results: Gamma ray at 30 Gy showed adequate inhibitive effect on lymphcytes. At the same time, gamma ray at 15 Gy or below showed no adequate effect. Conclusion: To inhibit the lymphocyte activity and prevent transfusion-associated graft-versus-host-disease(TA-GVHD),30Gy is an advisable dosage of gamma ray.
