武汉市某疫点医务人员SARS认知行为及心理卫生调查

目的　了解武汉市SARS疫点和非疫点的部分医务人员SARS认知行为和心理卫生状况。方法　在SARS流行的中后期对武汉市某疫点和非疫点2 4 0名医务人员进行SARS认知行为态度和心理状态等横断面研究。结果　调查对象10 0 %对SARS表示关注,对SARS基本知识和预防措施的认知程度高,疫点和非疫点医务人员无明显区别。所有的医务人员都采取了预防措施,89.6 %的因SARS疫情而取消了旅游计划。有5 .2 %表现恐惧心理,72 .2 %表现担忧。抑郁症和焦虑症检出率分别为9.1%和0 .9% ,疫点和非疫点无显著性差别。结论　武汉市疫点医务人员认知程度高,自我防范意识较强,与非疫点无显著性区别。心理状态基本稳定,但存在一定程度的恐慌和担忧。有必要提高对突发性公共卫生事件的心理抵抗能力。

Survey on Cognition, Behavior, Attitude and Psychology of some Medical Workers to SARS in Epidemic Area in Wuhan

Objective To describe the cognition, behavior, attitude and psychology of medical workers about SARS in epidemic area and no-epidemic area in Wuhan. Methods 240 medical workers of hospitals in Wuhan were investigated by questionnaires. Results 100.0% of medical workers concerned about SARS. The level of knowledge about SARS in the medical workers is generally high. 100.0% of them took preventive measures. There were no difference about the knowledge and the degree of concern about SARS between the medical workers in epidemic area and no-epidemic area. 5.2%of them were afraid of SARS, and 72.2% of them were worried about SARS. Conclusions The cognition and the conscience of self prevention of medical workers to SARS in epidemic area was high. The psychological condition kept steady. But some medical workers were afraid of or worried about SARS. So it is necessary to improve the ability to stress response to the emergency of public health.
