胃痛宁胶囊对胃溃疡大鼠胃黏膜bcl-2及bax基因蛋白表达的影响

目的：探讨胃病宁胶囊治疗胃溃疡的作用机制。方法：复制大鼠胃溃疡模型，运用免疫组织化学法和原位杂交检测胃黏膜细胞bcl-2，bax基因蛋白和mRNA表达的影响。结果：胃痛宁胶囊组bcl-2基因蛋白和mRNA表达强度，7d后明显高于模型组和胃乐组，14d后无明显差异；bax基因蛋白和mRNA表达强度7d后明显高于模型组和胃乐组，与正常组无显著性差异，14d后的比值均有所恢复．结论：胃痛宁胶囊能显著提高胃黏膜细胞bcl-2基因蛋白和mRNA的表达强度，调节bcl-2和bax的比值，使其恢复正常的动态平衡。

Effects of Weitongning Capsule on bcl- 2, bax Gene Albumen in Stomach Mucous Membrane of Rats with Gastric Ulcer

Objective: To probe the effects of Weitongning capsule (WTNC) in treating gastric ulcer. Methods: To duplicate the gastric ulcer model in the rats. Immunohistochemistry methods were used to test the bcl - 2, bax gene albumen and mRNA indexes of stomach mucous membrane. Results: The value of bcl - 2 gene albumen and mRNA of the group with WTNC was obviously higher than that of model group and group with Weile 7 d later. The difference of the groups was not obvious 14 d later. The value of bax gene albumen and mRNA of group with WTNC was obviously higher than that of model group and group with Weile. After 7 d there was no remarkable difference compared with the normal group, 14 d later, the value of all indexes recovered to some degree. Conclusion: WTNC could improve the value of bcl - 2 gene albumen and mRNA in gastric mucous membrane, regulate the value of bcl - 2 and bax, and restore a mobile balance.
