摘    要:目的 建立用超高效液相色谱(UPLC)同时测定黄芩中黄芩苷、黄芩素、汉黄芩苷、汉黄芩素、千层纸素A 5种成分的方法。方法 采用UPLC色谱系统,BEH C18色谱柱(50 mm×2.1 mm,1.7 μm);流动相为乙腈-0.1%甲酸,梯度洗脱,体积流量为0.6 mL/min;进样量为2 μL;检测波长为280 nm。结果 本方法可在15 min内完成1次色谱分析,黄芩苷、黄芩素、汉黄芩苷、汉黄芩素、千层纸素A色谱峰之间有良好的分离度,5种成分的浓度和各自峰面积之间有着良好的线性关系,精密度、重复性及加样回收率的RSD均小于3.0%。结论 本方法快捷、准确,重复性好,能同时测定黄芩中黄芩苷、黄芩素、汉黄芩苷、汉黄芩素、千层纸素A 5种成分的量。
