| Abstract: | The article reviews the current knowledge on the potential role and application of platinum complexes in the prevention and treatment of cancer.It is described for anticanceractive platinum complexes in four sections: discovery,clinic application,anticancer mechanism and the present research status with 10 references.The recent research progress in 11 species platinum complexes were emphasized especially.Some existing problems which are to be solved in application were pointed out. |
