| 摘 要： | 胰岛素瘤是最常见的一种胰腺内分泌肿瘤,临床上具有典型的Whipple三联征表现,目前外科手术切除仍是该病的唯一根治手段.胰岛素瘤的定位诊断是临床上的一个难点,近年来随着诊断技术的进步,胰岛素瘤的定位诊断阳性率明显提高.本文就该病的诊断及治疗进展做一简要概述.

| Abstract: | Insulinoma (islet β-cell tumor) is one of the most common pancreatic endocrine tumors. It has a typical clinical manifestation called Whipple's triad. And so far, surgical treatment is the only curative method. But the localization diagnosis of insulinoma is difficult. Recently, with advances in diagnostic tech-niques, the localization diagnosis of insulinoma accuracy has markedly improved. This paper makes a brief overview of the progress in diagnosis and treatment of insulinoma. |
