| 摘 要： | 目的探讨在基层医院应用简易的鼻内窥镜下的泪囊鼻腔造孔术治疗慢性泪囊炎的疗效及安全性。方法对宁化县医院自1999年5月以来开展鼻内窥镜下鼻内泪囊鼻腔造孔术治疗慢性泪囊炎48例（55眼）患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，观察其临床疗效及并发症发生情况。结果治愈49眼（89．1％），好转5侧（9．1％），无效1侧（1．8％），总有效率98．2％。1例无效者经扩大骨窗清除肉芽后症状消失，泪道通畅。所有病例均经6个月以上随访，无并发症发生，效果满意。结论本术式方法简单，疗效显著，安全性好，在基层医院容易开展。
