| 摘 要： | 应用培养和衣原体抗原快速免疫测定法对628例非淋菌性尿道炎（NGU）患者的尿道（宫颈）分泌物进行检测。结果显示：CT阳性125例（19．9％），UU164例（26．1％），CD19例（3．0％），金黄色葡萄球菌146例（23．3％），表皮葡萄球菌38例（6．1％），其它细菌38例（6．1％）。混合感染111例（17．7％），其中UU＋细菌7．6％，CT＋UU3．7％，CT＋细菌3．3％，UU＋CD1．0％，CT＋CD0．8％，UU＋CT＋细菌1．0％，UU＋CT＋CD0．3％．本文就有关NGU的病原学进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | Urethral (or cervical) samples of 628 patients with nongonococcal urethritis were examined by c-c rapid assay and culture. The results showed that positive rate of CT was 19.9%(125), UU 26.1 %(164), CD 3.0%(19), Staph. aureus 23.3% (146), Staph. epidermidis 6. 1%(38), other bacteria 6.1 %(38). 111(17.7%) were mixed infection, 48(7.6%) were positive for UU bacteria, 23 (3.7%) for CT UU, 5 (0.8%) for CT CD, 6 (1.0%) for UU CD, 21 (3.3%) for CT bacteria, 6 (1.0%) for UU CT bacteria, 2 (0.3%) for UU CT CD. Factors influencing the result of etiologicel detection were discussed. |
