| 摘 要： | 本文应用M型及多普勒超声心动图观察70例无伴发症高血压病患者心功能改变,并研究硝苯啶对其左室舒张功能(LVDF)的影响。结果表明:高血压病患者LVDF降低出现在收缩功能改变之前;硝苯啶可以明显改善其LVDF;临床上测定EF斜率、E点-A点的纵矩,E点-室间隔间距,尤其是二尖瓣E峰血流速度,可简便、迅速估价LVDF,适宜临床应用。

| Abstract: | The present study was conducted to detect the changes of heart function and effects of Nifedipine on diastolic function by use of M-mode and Doppler echocardiography in 70 uncomplicated hypertensive patients. The results show that diastolic abnormalities of hypertensive patients may precede systolic dysfunction, and that Nifedipine can improve diastolic function in patients with hypertension. Clinically, it is easy, quick to measure the EF slope, EA, EPSS especially the E wave velocities with which to estimate the diastolic function. Such a method is fit for clinical use. |
