Evaluation of Curative Effects of carthamus Tinctorious Injection on Ischemic Cardiomypathy

Objective To study the Curative effects of carthamus tinctorious injection on ischemic cardiomypathy. Methods Three hundred and twenty cases of ischemic cardicmypathy were divided into two groups: treatment and control groups. In the treatment group 220 cases with ischemic cardiomypath were treated with carthamus tinctorious injection (20ml, iv, qd, 10-15days),and in the control group 100 cases, were treatecj with compound salvia. The rates of angina pectoris reattack were observed and the cardie function aid clianges in the left ventricular morphology were investigated with ultrasonography before and after the treatment. Results The effective rate in the treatment group was 86.7% , which was significantly higher than that( 76%) in the control group( P < 0.05). After the treatment,CO,CI,CAFP,ESV,SV and EF were significantly improved in the treatment group compared with the control group( P < 0.05). Conclusion Carthamus tinctorious injection has significant curative effects on ischemic cardiomypathy and it is more effective than compound salvia.
