| Abstract: | A case of aortic false aneurysm after blunt trauma of the abdomen is presented. Unlike traumatic lesions of the thoracic aorta this condition seems to be extremely rare. To our knowledge, our case is the nineteenth one reported in the literature successfully repaired by surgery. |
