| 摘 要： | 目的 研究高血压脑出血患者血小板CD6 2p和CD4 2b的表达及其与脑水肿形成的关系。方法 采用流式细胞术检测脑出血患者血小板CD6 2p和CD4 2b的表达 ,并与脑水肿进行相关性分析。结果 脑出血患者血小板CD6 2p和CD4 2b的表达量与脑水肿体积有相关性 (rCD4 2b=- 0 4 89,P <0 0 5 ;rCD6 2p=0 6 4 6 ,P <0 0 1)。结论 高血压脑出血患者出现血小板活化现象 ,血小板的活化有可能是促进脑水肿形成的病理机制之一

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression of platelet CD62p and CD42b and its correlation with formation of brain edema in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage Methods Expression of platelet CD42b and CD62p was detected by flow cytometry(FCM) ,and its correlation with perihematoma cerebral edema was analyzed in double blind fashion.Results There were correlations between the degree of perihematoma cerebral edema and the expression level of platelet CD42b and CD62p in patients with cerebral hemorrhage(r=-0.489,P<0.05; r=0.646,P<0.01).Conclusion Platelet activation occurres in patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. This is possibly one of the mechanisms of accelerating cerebral edema. |
