| 摘 要： | 探讨高龄胆道患者的内科合并病，术后并发症和手时机的关系。方法：通过对２０５例７０岁以上的胆道良性疾病患者的不同手术类型，有无内科合并病，以及急诊，亚急诊和择期手术和术后并发症来探讨内科合并病与术后并发症之间的关系。结论无内科合并病的高龄胆道疾病患者应尽早手术，有合并病患者宜对合并病作及时处理后于４８小时内手术。
