2004年濮阳市城区婴幼儿奶粉卫生状况调查

摘    要:[目的]了解濮阳市城区婴幼儿奶粉的卫生质量,探讨影响卫生质量的因素,更好地加强卫生监督执法力度,保障婴幼儿的食用安全。[方法]对濮阳市城区内不同层次的经营门店销售的婴幼儿奶粉进行调查。[结果]婴幼儿奶粉索证率为92.23%,大型食品超市、综合商场食品经营部、副食品门市部婴幼儿奶粉的索证率分别为95.63%、92.90%、81.72%;外资及中外合资企业、省外企业、省内企业婴幼儿奶粉的有证率分别为96.88%、91.58%、88.46%;生产企业直接供应、区域代理商供应、其他渠道供应的婴幼儿奶粉的有证率分别为为96.05%、91.67%、16.67%。卫生部门出具的合格证仅占有效合格证件的9.24%。产品标识上标注国家卫生标准的产品占32.65%。蛋白质和脂肪含量低于国标的产品分别占17.07%、14.63%。[结论]各级卫生监督部门应从提高食品从业人员的自身素质入手,从婴幼儿奶粉的源头——生产企业抓起,严把流通环节的购销索证关,才能保证婴幼儿奶粉的卫生质量。

Abstract:[Objective]To get to know the sanitary quality of infant-use milk powder within urban areas of Puyang City and probe into the factors which affect the sanitary quality so as to better strengthen the force of sanitary supervision and executing the law as well as to ensure the edible safety of the infant. [Methods]To give a research on infant-use milk powder sold in shops of different levels within urban areas of Puyang City. [Results]The rate of asking for certificates of infant-use milk powder is 92.23%. The rates of asking for certificates of infant-use milk powder in large food super markets, food departments of synthetic markets and non staple foodstuff salesrooms are 95.63%, 92.90% and 81.72% respectively. The infant-use milk powder certificates possessing rates in joint ventures and Sino-Foreign cooperation enterprises, enterprises of other provinces and enterprises of the seated province are 96.88%, 91.58% and 88.46% respectively. As for the direct supply by producing enterprises, the supply by regional agents and the supply by other channels, the infant-use milk powder certificates possessing rates are 96.05%, 91.67% and 16.67% respectively. Certificates of approval issued by related health departments account for only 9.24% of the total effective certificates. Only 32.65% of the products label the state sanitation standards in their product identifications. Products of which protein content or fattiness content are below the state standards account for 17.07% and 14.63% respectively. [Conclusion] Health supervision departments of all levels should start from increasing the self-making of the foodstuff emplyees and from the sources of infant-use milk powder-the producing enterprises, strictly hold the pass of seeking certificates during the circulation intermediaries so as to ensure the sanitary quality of infant-use milk powder.
