Livin在人脑胶质瘤中的表达及生物学意义

摘    要:目的探讨Livin表达与人脑胶质瘤病理分级、分类和预后的相关性。方法采用免疫组化SP法,检测Livin在41例人脑胶质瘤和10例正常人脑组织中的表达。结果Livin在10例正常脑组织中均不表达,而在41例胶质瘤组织中表达阳性率为87.8%(P<0.01)。Livin表达与胶质瘤病理分级明显相关(P<0.05),与胶质瘤病理类型、是否复发无明显相关(P>0.05)。结论Livin在人脑胶质瘤组织中表达上调,提示Livin与胶质瘤病程发展、恶性程度明显相关,在胶质瘤的发生和发展中起重要作用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between livin expression level and the pathological grade, type and prognosis of human brain gliomas.Methods Livin expression level was measured by immunohistochemistry in 41 human brain gliomas and 10 normal human brain tissues respectively. Results The positive rate of livin expression in 41 gliomas was 87.8%, while there was no expression in 10 normal brain tissues , the expression level of livin in gliomas was significantly higher than that in normal brain tissues ( P<0.01 ). The expression of livin was related to the pathological grade (P<0.05), however, there was no relationship between the livin expression and pathological type and recurrence (P>0.05).Conclusion The up-regulated expression of livin in gliomas indicates that livin expression is closely related to the course and the malignance of human gliomas. Livin may play an important role in tumor occurrence and development through inhibiting cell apoptosis.
