胃癌组织中Survivin、COX-2蛋白表达及其与肿瘤血管生成的关系

目的：探讨Survivin，COX-2蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征和肿瘤血管生成的关系。方法：用免疫组化方法对65例胃癌组织Survivin，COX-2，CD34的表达进行检测。结果：胃癌组织中Survivin蛋白阳性表达率为70．77％（46／65），COX-2蛋白阳性表达率为76．93％（50／65）。Survivin表达与分化程度和淋巴结转移有关（P〈0．05），而与临床分期无关（P〉0．05）；COX-2的阳性表达与分化程度、临床分期和淋巴结转移有关（P〈0．05）。Survivin表达与COX-2的表达密切相关（r=0．235，P〈0．05）。Survivin阳性表达组织中的MVD值为10B．04±15．06，阻陛组为81．89±12．15，二者有显著差异（P〈0．01）。COX-2阳性表达胃癌组织中的MVD值为104．82±14．05，阴性组为81．02±13．73，二者有显著差异（P〈0．01）。结论：Survivin和COX-2对凋亡的抑制的协同作用及其促进血管生成的作用在胃癌的发生发展中起关键作用。

Expression of Survivin, COX -2 and their relationship with angiogenesis in gastric cancer

Objective： To investigate the expression of Survivin mRNA and COX - 2 and their relationship with angiogenesis in gastric cancer. Methods ： The expressions of Survivin, COX - 2, CD34 in 65 cases of gastric cancer were examined by immunohistochemical method, Results： The expression of Survivin in gastric cancer was 70.77% （46/ 65）, the expression of COX -2 was 76.93 % （50/65）. The Survivin expression was significantly associated with differentiation and lymphnode metastasis status （P 〈 0.05） but not with clinical stages （ P 〉 0.05）. The COX - 2 expression was significantly associated with differentiation, clinical stages and lymph node metastasis status （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The expression of Survivin was closely correlated with COX - 2 （ r = 0.235, P 〈 0.05 ）. In the positive expression cases of Survivin MVD was 103.04± 15.06, in the negative expression cases of Survivin MVD was 81.89 ±12.15 ,there was significant difference in two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. In the positive expression cases of COX -2 MVD was 104.82 ± 14.05,in the negative expression cases of COX - 2 MVD was 81.02 ± 13.73, there was significant difference in two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： The inhibition of apoptosis caused by cooperation between Survivin and COX -2 and their promote the angiogenesis may play important role in tumorigenesis and tumor progression in gastric cancer.
