口腔溃疡膜的制备与临床应用研究

 目的 研制口腔溃疡膜并进行临床应用观察.方法 以中药白芨、血竭为主要成分制备口腔溃疡膜,并进行质量控制.选择口腔溃疡患者612例,随机分成两组,治疗组用口腔溃疡膜治疗,对照组用冰硼散治疗,观察疗效.结果 治疗组总有效率为94.1%,对照组为80.4%,治疗组显著高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 该口腔溃疡膜制备工艺科学、质量稳定、使用方便、疗效可靠.

Preparation and cilnical application of the film agent for dental ulcer

Objective To prepare the film agent for dental ulcer and observe its clinical effect.Methods Traditional Chinese Medicines including common bletilla tuber and dragon's blood were used as main component,accompanied by other medicines.The Quality of the film was made.612 patients with dental ulcer were included and divided into two groups.The patients in treated group were treated by our product.The others in control group were treated by Bingpengsan.Results The effective rate of film group was 94.1%,significantly higher than that of the control(80.4%,P<0.05).Conclusion Our film agent has stable quality.Its curative effect is reliable.
