高职护理专业教师行为与护生护士行为相关性的调查

摘    要:目的:通过在校高职护理专业学生对教师行为的评价及对教师行为与护生行为进行相关性的分析,从而为教学管理部门更好地评价护理教师行为提供依据,同时也为教师个人提供努力的方向。方法:应用调查研究的方法,随机抽取某校136名即将实习的学生进行问卷调查。结果:经Pearson的相关分析,在27项教师行为中,高职护生对满意和不满意教师行为与护士行为的相关性分析具有统计学意义的数目分别为18项和20项,满意和不满意教师行为共同具有相关性的项目为13项。结论:护理教育中除要加强对护理专业教师队伍学历等专业知识方面的建设外,还应进一步规范教师行为,以利于学生良好护士行为的培养。

Abstract:Objectives: To find out the student evaluation on teacher behaviors and the relationship between the teacher behaviors and the student behaviors. To offer evidence to education management department for more scientific teacher behavior evaluation. Method: One hundred and thirty-six students before clinical practice were sampled randomly and investigated. Results: Among the 27 items of teacher behaviors, the Pearson correlation analysis showed that there were 18 satisfied teacher behaviors and 20 unsatisfied ones being correlated with the nurse behaviors respectively, and 13 of them were the same. Conclusion: Besides the specialty knowledge construction among nursing teachers, the teacher behaviors should be standardized in order to cultivate good nurse behaviors.
