腹腔镜下不同手术方式治疗输卵管妊娠比较

目的:探讨腹腔镜下不同手术方式治疗输卵管妊娠的临床疗效。方法:选取本院收治的127名输卵管妊娠患者,根据其不同的手术方式分为2组,对照组69例,采用腹腔镜下输卵管切开取胚间断缝合术,观察组58例,采用腹腔镜下输卵管切除术,分别比较2组患者的各项指标。结果:观察组手术恢复好于对照组,术后异位妊娠率和宫内妊娠率均低于对照组,两组患者在手术时间、血β-HCG恢复正常时间、异位妊娠和宫内妊娠上差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),其余指标差异无统计学意义。结论:腹腔镜下输卵管切开取胚间断缝合术不仅可以保留输卵管,同时还可以最大限度保护同侧卵巢功能,术后宫内妊娠率较高,更适合于生育年龄期或未生育的患者,但再次发生异位妊娠的几率也高于腹腔镜下输卵管切除术,对于不需要再生育的患者,采用腹腔镜下输卵管切除术更加安全和有效。

Laparoscopic Surgical Treatment of Tubal Pregnancy in Different Comparison

Objective:To evaluate laparoscopic surgical treatment of tubal pregnancy in different clinical efficacy.Methods:127 hospital patients with tubal pregnancy,according to the different surgical methods were divided into two groups,The control group of 69 cases,the use of laparoscopic tubal embryo interrupted suture incision,while the observation group of 58 cases,the use of laparoscopic salpingectomy,various indicators were compared between the 2 groups of patients.Results:The observation group operation recovery than the control group,postoperative ectopic pregnancy rate and pregnancy rate were lower than the control group,two groups of patients at the time of operation,serum beta-HCG recovery time,ectopic pregnancy and intrauterine pregnancy on the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),the other indexes were not statistically significant.Conclusions:Laparoscopic tubal incision embryo interrupted suture could not only retain the fallopian tube,but also could maximize the protection of ipsilateral ovarian function in the pregnancy rate after surgery was higher,more suitable for child-bearing age or patients who had not given birth,but recurrence of ectopic pregnancy rate was higher than the laparoscopic salpingectomy for need to fertility patients by laparoscopic salpingectomy was more safe and effective.
