| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中医不同治则代表方药对人胃癌BGC细胞株增殖的影响。方法:以各方药不同浓度含药血清培养BGC细胞24 h、48 h、72 h,以MTT法检测对细胞增殖的影响。结果:各含药血清均不同程度地抑制BGC细胞增殖,且呈一定时间依赖性和剂量依赖性。结论:不同治则代表方药均不同程度地抑制BGC细胞增殖,且呈一定时效和量效关系。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the inhibitory effect of Chinese herbal medicine contained serum on gastric cancer BGC cell in vitro.Methods:MTT method and serum pharmacology method were used to observe the effect of Chinese herbal medicine on the growth of BGC cells.Results:Compared with normal serum group, Chinese medicine contained serum groups could inhibit the growth of BGC cells significantly,and the inhibitory effects were time-depending and concentration depending.Conclusion:The present results showed that Chinese medicine contained serums could inhibit the growth of BGC cells. |
