| 摘 要： | 目的总结自制网塞在充填式无张力疝修补术的优点。方法我院自2000年12月-2004年12月，采用美国外科公司的surgipro mesh自制网塞行充填式无张力疝修补治疗120例腹股沟疝的临床病例进行回顾性分析。结果患者术后1天均能起床活动，切口疼痛多在1-2天内消失，术后阴囊血肿2例。术后无切口感染、排斥反应。术后获随访3月～48月110例，无复发病例。讨论自制网塞式补片可以根据腹壁缺损的大小裁剪出不同大小的网塞，使用上灵活机动，使成本降低，更适合基层医院使用，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the advantages of self-made plug mesh used in tensionfree hernia repair. Methods From December 2000 to December 2004, 120 cases with inguinal hernia received self-made plug mesh used in the tension-free hernia repair were analyzed retrospectively. Result The patients could leave the bed to activity in the first day after operation. Incisional pain was disappeared 1-2 days after operation. The hematoma of scrotum was found in 2 cases. No postoperative wound infection and rejection were found. Postoperative follow-up was obtained from 3-48 months in 110 cases. No recurrence was happened. Conclusion This operative method has a simple manipulation, good curative effect and cheaper cost. |
