| 摘 要： | 本文重温101例闭合性肠损伤,分析了此病的临床表现,并对早期诊断、手术方式进行了探讨。创伤可致肠套叠,应提起临床医师注意。多器官损伤病人术后病死率及严重并发症发生率高。伤口感染是术后最常见的并发症,与肠损伤的部位、伤后距手术的时间及病人的年龄有关。

| Abstract: | 101 cases with blunt injury of intestine were analysed. Intussusception can be caused by the trauma of the abdomen. Mortality and incidence of the serious complications after operations were high in the patients with multi-organ injury. The incision infection was the most common complication after operations, which was related to the location of injuried intestine, the interval between injury and operation, arid the age of the patients. How to make early diagnosis and select a suitable operation were discussed. |
