| 摘 要： | 本文报道了19例PSVT经食管心房调搏转复心律的体会。心房起搏在19例中均获成功,其中13例立即转为窦律,2例转为房颤伴减慢的心室率,4例无效。我们认为转复成功与否,与电极的位置,起搏电压及频率,是否有器质性心脏病存在,折返途径等因素有关。此项技术对治疗PSVT是有效的,且其方法简单,安全,无创伤,副作用少,可重复性大,值得推广。

| Abstract: | We reported the clinical experinence of cardioversion in 19 patients with PSVT by means of transesophageal atrial pacing. Atrial pacing Was definitely achieved in 19 patients, sinus rhythm was restored in 13 of the 19 patients,cardiac rhythm was coverted to atrial fibrillation with a slower ventricular rate in two patients, and 4 patients failed to convert. We think that cardioversion was something to do with the place of the electrode in the esophagus, pacing voltage and frequency, presence or absence of organic heart diseases, reentrance pathway and so on. Atrial pacing from the esophagus seems to be an effective method fot cardioversion of PSVT.The method is simple, safe,woundless,and little side--effect,and can be repeated. It is worthy of popularization. |
