灯盏细辛治疗糖尿病神经病变

目的观察灯盏细辛对治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法55例糖尿病患者随机分为对照组和治疗组。治疗组在控制血糖同时加用灯盏细辛180 mg/d,疗程3周,观察治疗前后上下肢神经传导速度、膀胱残余尿量等变化。结果治疗后两组血糖均有改善(P<0.01),而临床症状、周围神经传导速度及膀胱残余尿量以治疗组改善明显(P<0.001)。结论灯盏细辛可明显改善运动神经传导速度、感觉神经传导速度、膀胱残余尿量等指标。

Treatment of Diabetic Neuropathy with Erigeron Breviscapus

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Erigeron breviscapus on diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods Fifty-five patients with diabetes were divided into treatment group and control group at random.The former group was administered with Erigeron breviscapus(180 mg per day) for three weeks in addition to contrlling blood sugar.Results The two groups both improved in blood sugar after treatment(P<0.01),but significant improvements in clinical symptoms,peripheral nerve conducting speed and bladder urine residue were found in treatment group (P<0.001).Conclusion Erigeron breviscapus can improve some parameters such as bladder urine residue and conducting speed of peripheral motor or sensory nerve.
