乳腺癌合并糖尿病的围手术期处理

目的探讨乳腺癌伴糖尿病患者围手术期的处理。方法对32例乳腺癌合并糖尿病患者的手术进行了回顾性分析。结果6例出现皮下积液，32例患者在围手术期血糖控制理想，均行手术治疗，无严重并发症。结论虽然伴有糖尿病的患者给手术带来不利因素，但强调围手术期检查血糖、尿糖的重要性，调整应用胰岛素控制糖尿病，是手术治疗成功的关键。

The perioperative management of breast carcinoma in patients with diabetes mellitus

Objective To evaluate the perioperative managemant of breast cancer patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods The surgical treatment was perfomed on 32 cases of breast carcinoma with diabetes mellitus were analyzed retrospectively . Result Six cases were complicated with subcutaneous hydrops . The blood glucose level of 32 cases was controlled to a reasonable level .All the patients underwent operations .There were no serious complications during perioperation period . Conclusion Although diabetes mellitus was a unfavorable factor for patients with breast cancer who underwent operation ,but the importance of examining the levels of lycosemia ,glycosuria were emphasized;the key of surgical success for breast cancer in patients with diabetes mellitus was to use insulin according to the level of blood suger,so as to control diabetes mellitus .
