| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨春节期间特有的烟花爆竹所致眼部爆炸伤的危害性和治疗结果。方法 分析2004年春期间此类爆炸伤33例36眼的一般情况、眼别、爆炸物种类、受伤情况，对视功能的危害，治疗方法及治疗结果。结果 男性占96．97％，加岁以下者占60．61％，发生在农村者占72．73％。多为普通鞭炮炸伤，单眼伤占90．91％；以角膜损伤最多，其次为葡萄膜和晶状体损伤。并发症及后遗症以角膜白斑、玻璃体浑浊、瞳孔变形和外伤性白内障较多；治疗后视力0．05以下占48．48％。结论 春节期间发生的眼爆炸伤严重而复杂，所以应加强预防宣传。伤后及时正确处理，可能挽救眼球和视力。

| Abstract: | Objective To analysis the ocular trauma caused by fireworks and cracker in spring festival. Methods 33 cases ( 36 eyes)injuried by fireworks and cracker in 2004 spring festival were aralyzed. Results 32 cases were male ( 96.97% ):60. 61% of the cases were younger than 20 years old; 72.73% of the cases were from countryside and most of them were injured by common cracker; 90.91% of the cases were injured in single eye. The most common injury was corneal wound, the second was uvea and lens wounds. 48.48% of the finally vision were lower than 0.05.Conclusion The ocular trauma caused by fireworks and cracker in spring festival are severe and complicated. Prevention and treatment in time is important. |
