动态三维超声重建在二尖瓣脱垂诊断和治疗中的意义

为评价动态三维超声重建在二尖瓣脱垂诊断和治疗中的作用，我们对２４例二尖瓣脱垂患者进行研究，结果表明，该技术能够清晰地显示二尖瓣脱垂的部位和范围，使得二尖瓣脱垂的诊断不必受到二尖瓣环非平面特性的限制，三维重建所展示的二尖瓣脱垂和瓣下结构的形态特征与术中所见相似，为术前估计手术方式开辟了新的道路。

Significance of Dynamic Three Dimensional Voxel Imaging in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Mitral Prolapse

In order to evaluate the significance of dynamic three dimensional Voxel imaging (3 D) in the diagnosis and treatment of mitral prolapse, twenty four patients with mitral prolapse were studied. The extension and location of mitral valve prolapse could be evaluated qualitatively and quantitatively by 3 D. This technique makes the diagnosis of mitral prolapse easily, and without the limitation of the non planarity of the mitral annulus. The pathology feature of valvular and sub valvular structure could be clearly displayed by 3 D, which was similar to that of operation finding. With this technique, surgeon can easily understand the pathology of mitral prolapse.
