| Abstract: | We present the successful management of dysphagia in a 90-year-old woman by argon beam diathermy. Symptoms were caused by a rare polypoid oesophageal spindle cell carcinoma. Long-term symptom relief was achieved and confirmed by post-procedural oesophago-gastroduodenoscopy and endoscopic ultrasound scan. |
