| 摘 要： | 目的：建立心可舒胶囊的质量标准。方法：采用薄层色谱法对心可舒胶囊中的丹参、山楂、木香、三七进行定性鉴别；并采用高效液相色谱法测定制剂中葛根素的含量。结果：薄层色谱中，供试品溶液色谱在与对照药材或对照品色谱相应位置上出现相同颜色的斑点，阴性无干扰。高效液相色谱法能准确测定出制剂中葛根素的含量，葛根素在11．024-176．384μg范围内呈良好的线形关系（1=0．9999），其平均回收率为99．55％，RSD为1．48％。结论：薄层色谱法呈现斑点清晰、特异性强，可用于心可舒胶囊的鉴别，高效液相色谱法简便快速，精密度高、准确度好，可用于该药的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the quality standard for Xinkeshu capsule.Method Danshen Root,Costustoot,Hawthorn Fruit,Root of Pserdo were identified by TLC,and the content of Puerarin was determined by HPLC.Results Spots obtained from the test solutions had the same color in reference solution and medical material in the same location,and the blank solution had no interference.Puerarin should a good liner relationship at range of 11.024~176.384μg.(r = 0.999 9),the average recovery was 99.55% and RSD was 1.48% respectively.Conclusion In TLC,the spots are very clear and specific to identify the herbal medicine in Xinkeshu capsule.It is simple,quick,highly precise and accurate for HPLC to control the quality of Xinkeshu capsule. |
