| 摘 要： | 目的：通过对治疗后的川崎病患儿的随访,了解川崎病治疗中,丙种球蛋白对预后的影响。方法：对随诊病例（199例）采用SPPS13.0统计软件包进行统计分析。结果：使用丙种球蛋白随访组恢复期并发冠状动脉瘤与未用丙种球蛋白随访组恢复期并发冠状动脉瘤存在显著的差异性（P〈0.05）。结论：丙种球蛋白治疗可以有效预防冠状动脉瘤的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective:Through the treatment of children with Kawasaki disease after the follow-up to study the gamma globulin on the prognosis in the treatment of Kawasaki disease.
