| 摘 要： | 对６０例（７４耳）听力正常的主观性耳鸣患者进行听性脑干反应（ＡＢＲ）测试，结果表现为波Ｉ潜伏期明显延长，波ＩＩ、Ｖ潜伏期相应延长及部分消失。Ｉ～ＩＩ波间期较对照组缩短，ＩＩ～Ｖ、Ｉ～Ｖ波间期与对照组相比较无显著性差异，提示耳鸣主要为耳蜗病变，本组病例未见影响脑干通道传导。

| Abstract: | ABRs were measured in 60 patients(74 ears) with tinnitus and normal hearing.Prolonged latencies were noted with waves I,III and V and disappearance of waveforms for waves III and V.However,the interval between waves I and III was shorter than that of the normal controls,while those between waves III and V and waves I and V showed no difference.The results suggest the tinnitus in this group of patients comes from cochlear dysfunction and there is no influence on the brain stem pathways. |
