义齿性口炎患者腭粘膜微生物丛及义齿菌斑的真菌学研究

目的掌握义齿基托与口腔粘膜炎症变化及真菌间关系。方法对118例全口义齿戴用者进行了临床调查，对60例患者的腭粘膜微生物丛与义齿菌斑进行了真菌学定量研究。结果义齿性日炎与义齿菌斑的沉积量呈正相关关系；真菌总数及念珠菌的检出量与义齿性口炎的发生及其严重程度呈正相关关系；白色念珠菌的检出率及量，在重度炎症组与轻度炎症组之间均存在高度显著性差异（P＜0．01）。结论重度义齿性口炎的发生同热带念珠菌、皱褶念珠菌及白色念珠菌的混合感染密切相关。

The fungus study on the palatal mucosa microbiological calony and denture plaque of the patients with denture stomatitis

Objective In order to gain the full dentures that fit oral mucosa, it is necessary to master the relations amongdemure baseplate, the change of oral mocosa imflammation and fungi. Metheds 118 cases of patients using full dentureswere clinically investigated, 60 cases of patients whose palatal mucosa microbiological colonies and denture plaques weregiven fungus quantitative study. Results Denture stomatitis was the direct ratio to deposited quantity of the denureplaques. The totoal fungus number and detected candida quantity were the direct ratio to the ocurence and severe extent ofdenture stomatitis. In the detective rate and and number of candida albicans, there was greatly obvious difference between severe inflammation group and slight inflammation group (P<0. 01 ). Conclusion The severe denture stomatitis was possibly related with the mixed affection of candida tropicalis, candida rugosa and candida albicans.
