摘    要:目的掌握作业场所职业病危害因素的状况,指导职业病危害防控工作。方法对作业现场进行职业卫生调查,主要包括生产工艺、职业病危害因素分布、防护设施、防护用品等;依据国家相应标准进行职业病危害因素检测与评价工作。结果本项目存在的职业病危害因素为石灰石粉尘、噪声等。检测结果显示,粉尘检测浓度最大值为2.93 mg/m3,各粉尘检测点浓度均符合标准,潜孔钻机和挖掘机司机接触8 h等效声级强度超过标准限值,分别达到了86.0 dB和90.6 dB。结论本项目粉尘与噪声危害需受到重视,有害因素的防护应注重职业病防护设施的维护和个体防护用品的使用管理。

Investigation of occupational hazards on an open-pit limestone mine

Abstract:Objective To grasp the occupational hazards status in workplace,and guide the work of the occupational hazards prevention and control. Methods Worksite survey of occupational health included survey on the production process,occupational hazards distribution,occupational disease prevention facilities and personal protective protection equipment.Testing and evaluation work was on the basis of national standard. Results The occupational hazards in this project were limestone dust,noise and so on. As the test results showed,the dust concentration of all detecting points met the national standard,and the heaviest dust concentration was 2. 93 mg /m3. The noise exposes of operators on in- the- hole drill and excavating machinery were 86. 0 dB and 90. 6 dB,which were over the occupational standard limit. Conclusion The harm of dust and noise should be paid more attention. Protection from occupational hazards should be focus on the management of occupational disease prevention facilities and individual protective equipment wearing.
