电子废弃物拆解处理过程职业危害因素分析与控制

摘    要:目的识别、分析电子废弃物拆解处理过程产生的主要职业危害因素,探讨防护对策和措施。方法采用职业卫生调查法、职业卫生检测等方法收集数据资料,并结合采取的工程控制措施,对作业人员的职业病危害因素接触水平进行评价。结果在采取工程控制措施的前提下,电子废弃物拆解过程产生的其他粉尘时间加权平均浓度为0.33~3.10 mg/m3,8 h等效噪声强度为79.1~84.0 d B(A),均符合国家职业接触限值的要求。结论电子废弃物拆解过程产生的职业病危害因素是可控制的,工程防护措施有效、可行。

Analysis and control of occupational risk factors in electronic waste dismantling process

Abstract:Objective To analyze the main occupational hazard factors in the electronic waste dismantling process, confirm the protective countermeasures. Methods Data and information were collected by field investigation and detection, evalua- tion was conducted to understand exposure level of occupational hazards by combining the engineering control meas- ures. Results The TWA of other dusts the operators contacted was 0. 33 -3. 10 mg/m3 ,Lex.8h the operators contacted was 79. 1 -84.0 dB(A) , Which were in accord with the requirements of national standards in the electronic waste dismantling process. Conclusion Occupational hazard factor in the electronic waste dismantling process can he controlled, engineering control measures are feasible and effective.
