2011年大连市食源性疾病监测分析

摘    要:目的了解食源性疾病发生规律,做好预防控制工作。方法收集大连市食源性肠道传染病和食源性疾病(食物中毒)发病数据,进行统计分析。结果两类食源性疾病中,以食源性肠道传染病为主,其中细菌性痢疾和其他感染性腹泻占90%。发病高峰在7-8月,5岁以下儿童发病率高于成人,家务及待业人员和散居儿童为主要发病人群。11起食源性疾病(食物中毒)中,高发月份为7月,致病因素主要为微生物性和有毒植物,主要发生在餐饮饭店。结论本文数据仅反映大连市食源性疾病部分情况。大连市的食源性疾病预防应以预防菌痢和其他感染性腹泻为主,同时加强夏季餐饮单位的卫生监管和对旅行团体以及自采自食野生蘑菇人群的宣传教育。

Abstract:Objective To explore the pattern of food borne diseases incidence and improve the disease preven- tion. Methods Data were collected and analyzed associated with food borne infectious diseases and food poisoning. Results Food borne infectious disease ere the predominated food borne disease in Dalian, with bacterial dysentery and infectious diarrhea accounting for 90% of the total cases. The peak months were July and October. As for incidence of bacterial dys- entery and infectious diarrhea, children under 5 years old were higher than adults, and house workers and job seekers were higher than other occupations. A total of 11 food poisoning accidents were reported in 2011. Bacterial and poisonous plant poisoning were the main factors. Restaurants was the main places. Conclusion Data in this report reflect only part of the overall food borne diseases in Dalian. The focus of food borne diseases prevention in Dalian should be on food borne infec- tious diseases. Sanitary management of the dining units and health education on preventing poisoning from wild mushroom should be strengthened.
