摘    要:目的确定某炼油用催化剂建设项目可能存在和产生的职业病危害因素,分析其危害程度,评价该项目职业病危害防护措施及其效果,提出职业病危害的关键控制岗位与工序。方法对某炼油用催化剂建设项目采用工程分析与风险分析相结合的方法,进行综合分析评价。结果项目存在和产生的职业病危害因素有:噪声、高温及热辐射;氧化铝粉尘、氯化氢及盐酸、氟化物、钼及其化合物、镍及其化合物、氨、钨及其化合物、氮氧化物等,其中氧化铝粉尘、氟化物、钼及其化合物、镍及其化合物、钨及其化合物的职业接触限值分别为4、2、4、1、5 mg/m3。结论该项目属于职业病危害严重的建设项目,拟采取的职业病防护措施基本可行。

Abstract:Objective To determine the potential occupational hazards and its degree in a catalyst for refinery project,and pre- evaluate the protection measures,find out the positions and procedures with occupational hazards. Methods Engineering analysis combined with the risk analysis were used to conduct comprehensive analysis and evaluation. Results The occupational hazards existed in this and project including noise,heat,alumina dust,hydrochloric acid,hydrogen chloride,fluoride,molybdenum and its compounds,nickel and its compounds,ammonia,tungsten and insoluble compounds,nitrogen oxides etc,the occupational exposure limits for alumina dust fluoride molybdenum and its compounds,nickel and its compounds,ammonia,tungsten and insoluble compounds were 4 mg /m3,2 mg/m3,4 mg/m3,1 mg/m3 and 5 mg /m3,respectively. Conclusion This project is considered with serious occupational hazards,the occupational protection measures which will be taken are basically feasible.
