摘    要:目的识别、分析某啤酒企业啤酒项目在生产过程中可能存在职业病危害因素的主要环节,预测其可能造成的职业危害程度,探讨防护对策和措施。方法采用类比法、经验法与定量相结合的原则进行预评价。结果该项目在生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害因素主要有噪声、高温、谷物粉尘、硅藻土粉尘、煤尘、甲醛、二氧化碳、氨、一氧化碳、二氧化硫、氮氧化物、硫酸、氢氧化钠。类比项目检测结果显示,粉尘浓度、化学有害因素浓度合格率100%;噪声合格率73%;高温作业区WBGT指数合格率100%;工频电场强度合格率100%。结论该项目属于职业病危害较重的建设项目,参考类比检测结果,项目按设计采取职业病危害防护措施,建立健全职业卫生管理制度和应急措施,可降低运营过程中产生的职业病危害,从职业卫生角度分析该项目是可行的。

Pre-evaluation of occupational hazards in beer production project of a beer company

Abstract:Objective To analyze and identify possible occupational risk,evaluate the design of the preventive measures. Methods The methods of analogy,experience and the quantitative gradation method were applied for the evaluation. Results The possible occupational hazard factors included noise,high temperature,grain dust,dust,diatomite,formaldehyde,ammonia,carbon monoxide,carbon dioxide,sulfur dioxide,nitrogen oxides,sulfuric acid,sodium hydroxide. Test results showed that the qualified rates of concentrations of dust and harmful chemical factors were 100% in the analogy project; Qualified rate of noise intensity was 73%; qualified rate of WBGT index was 100% in high temperature operation; Pass rate of the power frequency electric field intensity was 100%. Conclusion The occupational disease hazards of the project are serious. According to analogy results,occupational hazard prevention measures have been taken by the project design,the occupational health management and emergency response and rescue are established,the occupational hazards are debased to the lowest level,so the project is feasible from the view of occupational health.
