PARP-1和Caspase-3在乳腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义

目的研究聚ADP核糖聚合酶-1(PARP-1)和Caspase-3在乳腺癌中的表达及其与临床特征的关系。方法采用免疫组化技术,检测277例乳腺癌和11例乳腺正常组织石蜡包埋标本中PARP-1及Caspase-3的表达,分析正常乳腺与乳腺癌组织中两者表达与临床参数的相关性,以及两者间的相关性。结果在277例乳腺癌组织中,PARP-1阳性表达率(62.09%,182/277)显著高于正常乳腺组织(27.27%,3/11)(P=0.009)。乳腺癌中有淋巴结转移者PARP-1阳性表达率(76.47%,130/170)高于无淋巴结转移者(48.59%,52/107),表明PARP-1与淋巴结转移相关(r=-0.286,P<0.001)。同时PARP-1在乳腺癌中的表达与组织学分级相关(r=0.018,P=0.002)。Caspase-3在正常乳腺组织的阳性表达率(72.73%,8/11)高于乳腺癌(42.24%,117/277)(P=0.046)。Caspase-3与PARP-1的表达在乳腺癌组织中呈负相关(r=-0.722,P<0.001)。结论PARP-1表达上调可能与乳腺癌的恶性生物学行为有关,Caspase-...
