摘    要:探讨体外培养高纯度神经元的方法。方法:体外培养新生大鼠海马神经干细胞,再使神经干细胞在无血清N2添加剂培养基条件下向神经元方向分化。结果:从新生大鼠海马组织培养出的神经干细胞,表达巢蛋白,神经干细胞的分化细胞绝大部分表达MAP2,极少数几个细胞表达GFAP。结论:通过本实验方法可获得高纯度的神经元,为后续实验奠定基础。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the method of obtaining high content of neuron in vitro.Methods: Hippocamal neural stem cells(NSCs) of neonatal rat were cultured in vitro,and then differentiated to neuron direction in serum-free medium containing N2 supplement.Results: The NSCs from hippocampus of neonatal rat expressed nestin,and most differentiated cells of NSCs expressed MAP2,sporadically several differentiated cells expressed GFAP.Conclusion: Highly purified neuron can be obtained by the method adopted by aut...
