酒精性肝损伤大鼠血清蛋白质组学的研究

摘    要:通过对比分析酒精性肝损伤模型大鼠与正常对照组大鼠的血清蛋白质组表达谱,探讨参与酒精性肝损伤病理生理过程的分子机制。方法:采用双向电泳技术结合生物信息学分析方法对造模成功的酒精性肝损伤模型大鼠及正常对照组大鼠的血清全蛋白进行比较蛋白质组学分析。结果:获得了11个有明显规律性变化的差异表达蛋白点,其中有7个蛋白点表达升高,4个差异蛋白点表现为明显下调趋势。结论:本研究发现的这些差异表达蛋白质可能直接或间接参与了酒精性肝损伤病理生理过程的分子机制。
